xDLx Automation ("we," "us") is an automation agency based in British Columbia, Canada. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's privacy laws.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We only collect information you give us directly when you:

• Send us a message via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email — we receive your name, contact details, and what you wrote.

• Book a call through our Calendly link — Calendly collects your name, email, and the time slot you picked.

• Fill out a contact form on our website — we receive the info you typed in.

We do NOT use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this site.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use your info only to:

• Reply to your message or question

• Schedule and prepare for our call together

• Send you a quote or proposal you asked for

• Follow up if you've asked us to

That's it. We don't add you to mass mailing lists. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with marketing companies.

WHERE IT LIVES

Your info sits in tools we use to run the business:

• WhatsApp / Telegram — for messages you send us

• Calendly — for bookings

• Email (Gmail / Google Workspace) — for email correspondence

• A simple CRM — to keep track of conversations and quotes

All these tools are run by reputable companies with their own strong privacy practices.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

• Active leads: kept while we're in conversation, plus 12 months after.

• Clients: kept for the duration of our work plus 7 years (Canadian business records requirement).

• If you ask us to delete your info, we will — usually within 14 days.

COOKIES

Our website uses minimal cookies needed for the site to work properly (session, language preferences). No tracking, no ads. Your browser can block cookies anytime — the site will still work fine.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Canadian privacy law, you can:

• Ask what we have on you — we'll send you a copy

• Correct anything wrong — just let us know

• Ask us to delete your info — we'll do it (unless we're legally required to keep some, like billing records)
