Terms Of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Hey — thanks for considering xDLx Automation. We keep things simple, and our terms reflect that. By using our website or hiring us for automation work, you agree to what's below.

WHO WE ARE

xDLx Automation ("we," "us") is an automation agency based in British Columbia, Canada. We help local businesses cut no-shows, save time, and recover revenue with done-for-you SMS, WhatsApp, and dashboard automation.

You can reach us via:

• WhatsApp: +1 672 472 9520

• Telegram: @denislitchenko

• Email: litchenko.denis@gmail.com

WHAT WE OFFER

We build and deliver automation systems including:

• Automated SMS and WhatsApp appointment reminders

• Dormant customer re-activation campaigns

• New customer onboarding flows

• Live business dashboards (no-shows, revenue, retention stats)

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

PAYMENT

• Pricing is quoted per project. You'll get a clear price before we start.

• Setup fees are typically paid upfront. Monthly fees (if any) are paid in advance.

• We accept e-Transfer and credit card.

• Late payments may pause your service after 7 days written notice.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• No long contracts — month-to-month service unless agreed otherwise.

• You can cancel anytime by emailing or messaging us; service ends at the end of your current billing cycle.

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

• If you're unhappy in the first 14 days of a build, message us — we'll work it out fairly.

WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Providing accurate business info, customer list access, and any logins we need to set things up.

• Ensuring you have permission to send SMS/WhatsApp messages to your customers (CASL compliance in Canada).

• Keeping your booking system, phone numbers, and contact info up to date.

WHAT WE'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Building and delivering what we quoted, on the timeline we agreed.

• Direct WhatsApp support during setup and reasonable support after launch.

• Keeping your data secure and never sharing it with anyone outside our team.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

We do our best work, but software and automations sometimes break for reasons outside our control (carrier outages, API changes, etc.). To the extent allowed by BC law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

• We're not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, or indirect damages.

• We don't guarantee specific business outcomes — we deliver tools and systems; results depend on how you use them.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in BC courts.
